DIRECTIONS
Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Coat your hands with cooking spray or shortening, and roll the dough balls in your hands so that they have a light coating. Place in the prepared dish. Set aside in a warm place to rise until doubled, up to 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and sugar. Pour this mixture over the top of the rolls as evenly as you can.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before separating and serving.

Samoan Food Recipe

Today, Im thinking of all types of samoan recipes. Some old and some new recipes, I also find some twists to making other polynesian food similar to my culture. If anyone knows any samoan recipe or a twist samoan recipe, please feel free to post. I know that many samoans don't live back home, because some have to move for jobs, school and family reasons but I believe food brings us samoan together and if anyone knows any great title to talk about as a samoan, please feel free to post. I hope for all types of food to be input in this blog so we can come back and say hey I remember that recipe, my great auntie used to make it...lol! Anyways this is for all samoan and polynesians Islanders because food is culture and it reminds us of how we used to live and how different it is now that we live other places.

Please input on samoan recipes and a little story about this ?
